Order placed between December 1st and 24th will have an extended returns period of 60 days.

Our returns policy entitles you to a refund or an exhange for an item bought online within 30 days of purchase. Please note that when returning an item it must be as new.

Exchanges follow the same principles as above. When we receive the item back we will send the exchange item to you.

We do not currently have the capability to provide return labels, but we are working on it. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping unless you are returning the item due to an issue.

Please ensure you put your order number in the package so we know it’s from you.
